About Spiritbound

This story follows Krystal Amorer, who is thrust into the affairs of the supernatural after the night she was murdered.

Set in the Caribbean, Spiritbound explores themes in Trinidad and Tobago's rich culture and folklore so that they are connected to modern day.

About Me

Danielle Blaize is a 24 year old award winning and dedicated animator, illustrator and visual artist, who has been perfecting her craft in the field of art and animation for over a decade. She holds a Diploma in Animation Studies from the University of Trinidad & Tobago (2015) and she specializes in animation, sequential art, and digital art.

Throughout her creative career, Danielle's work has received extensive acclaim. Among her many achievements, her short film "Dance of the Daring" won Best Caribbean Animation at Animae Caribe in Trinidad (2015) and Kingstoon in Jamaica (2016). In addition, "Dance of the Daring" was screened at the "International Decade for People of African Descent" and "Caribbean in Motion" international film festivals.

Danielle has also worked on art and animation for a number of internationally acclaimed artists from Trinidad; namely Kees Dieffenthaller (Kes the Band) and Nailah Blackman.
